RAHMAT-E-ALAM MISSION
BE AWARE OF RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Missions Common Admission Test i.e. MCAT is the path for the admission in Rahmat-E-Alam Mission. After qualifying the test, admission procedure will be started.
  2. Admission-seekers and the students from the Muslim community must be Namaji except the students from the other religious communities.
  3. The amount of admission/re-admission with one month hostel charge in advance has to be paid at the time of admission/re-admission.
  4. The amount of admission/re-admission is non-refundable.
  5. 60% marks is compulsory for the old students to continue the facility of concession.
  6. Photocopy of birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate and two copies of passport size photographs must be provided in the time of admission.
  7. Monthly hostel fees and other dues have to be paid on or before the end of respective month. Per month 2% late fine will be charged on monthly hostel fees in case of failure to pay the fees in due time. It will not be possible to keep the hostlers except the considered students (who have been staying and studying without fees) in case of non-payment of fees more than two months from the due date of payment.    
  8. No student will be released from Rahmat-E-Alam Mission in the occasion of holidays or vacation without the physical presence of their guardians.
  9. It is mandatory to be present in Mission on the next day after the completion of the holidays or vacation.
  10. Rs. 50.00 will be charged to the students for each day as late fine if they will not report to the administrative office of Mission about their presence just after the completion of holidays.
  11. Holidays will not be sanctioned for any personal or family affairs, such as – Hajj Jatra of relatives, marriage etc but the leave may be sanctioned for illness and death of relatives. Prior permission of the Secretary will be required for taking leave in any unavoidable circumstances before one week. 
  12. Presence of the guardians is mandatory in the Guardian’s Meetings.
  13. No phone call to be made to the student except Sunday.
  14. The authority of Mission must be informed by the guardians concerning his or her son or daughter in case of any sufferings of fatal and chronic diseases.
  15. No guardian can offer a cell phone to other students except his or her own son or daughter under the Mission campus.
  16. By showing their Identity Card, male guardians can enter in the Visitors Room of Girls Hostel to meet with the students of Girls Section and female guardians are only allowed to enter in the Girls Hostel Campus at the visiting hour i.e. 08.00 am – 04.00 pm on Sunday but not in the rooms of the Girls Hostel. Only 2 hours will be sanctioned to each guardian during the visiting hours. It will be strictly and permanently prohibited for the female guardian to enter in the Girls Hostel Campus who will violate this rule.
